If the people from HUD and NOVAD 

pretend that the reason they have not sent me my disbursements from my investment Is have faxs to prove differently. For many years, HUD and NOVAD toyed with me as if is because I was not present when they called, I now have proof that they ignored my efforts to contact them. I am treated like this is some kind of game. When I would ask for my funds the reaction between the two of them was to send me back and forth. This cruelty went on for some years. I have lost a lot of money behind this insane behavior. Then there came a second round of insanity. Each time I tried to get help they involve their employees and gave me kind of numbers to identify who I talk to. I received plenty of kind words but unfortunately these people were only employees that had no power to do anything. I am going to post some of the attempts I have made with facts to prove that they did receive the request that they asked me for. 

I was watching Jack Smith, the assistant attorney general of the United States the other day, and he made a statement that caused me to reflect on 33 years with my relationship with HUD. He spoke about one set of rules in this country applies to everyone. If this is true, I am a non-person. Here is another document that I would like to read into record,  "WARNING: Section 1001 of Title 18 of the United States Code makes it a criminal offense to make a willfully false statement are misrepresentation to any department or agency of the United States government as to any matter within its Jurisdiction. This law was written in September 1923 . I am well aware that it is impossible for the department heads to be able to know everything beneath them. I wrote Ms. Fudge congratulating her when she became Secretary of HUD. I am aware that she did not get the letter because I received a donot reply from someone name Shaniqua Williams. I did not write the president.

LEGAL AID

Here is the letter that I wrote an attorney from legal aid trying to recover funds that I knew belong to me. I have written about this case in many of my past posting, it has been going on for over 33 years. I sign up with reverse mortgage in 1993. I bought and paid cash for a home. This made me a buyer. I had a past experience as a conservator of how I could possibly earn money from a reverse mortgage. It turns out that I was correct as you will see in the letter from the legal aid attorney. 

Would you please look into my case and help me with getting money that the federal government owes me. I am 91 years old and have glaucoma and floaters. I sometimes have trouble keeping my eyes focused on the line that I'm trying to read. Because of this fact, I hope you will get the gist of the letter below. It was written by the legal aid department in Georgia. As a senior citizen, I went to this office trying to get help with disbursement of funds that HUD owes me for a home that I bought and paid cash for. I bought my home in 1993.  The legal aid attorney removed me from the contract I signed in 1993 that was design as an experiment with 20,000 people and I happen to be one of them. It was written by the late Claude Peppers and the Republican party. I read the letter as best I could because my eyes started running water. I hope you will get the gist of my present problem with the following letter from the Legal Aid Department in Atlanta Georgia.

 

LETTER FROM LEGAL AID:

This letter is to confirm the assistance and advice I have provided in your case and to confirm that your files will be closed in 2 weeks, if you do not decide to follow the resolution I have obtained for you. As you know, you contacted our office concerning the funds that should be available for you to draw on your reverse mortgage. You are one of a few reverse mortgage borrowers who have had their loan for such a long time and have not yet exhausted the available line of credit funds. However, because the balance is now is far more than the amount anticipate at he time the loan was originated, the long balance is now far more than the amount of original listed in the security document.  Accordingly, HUD as the owner of the loan has refused to allow you to draw any additional funds. (" I bought and paid cash from my home. This makes me a Buyer I have never been a borrower from HUD").

I research the term of the loan, which anticipates this type of event and the solution. On the loan agreement you signed, when the balance of the loan grow to be greater than the amount in the security instrument, the lender for references here, HUD for references can require you as a borrower to sign an extension agreement to increase the amount listed in the security instrument. The purpose of this is to ensure that HUD as a lender maintain a secured to interest in the property against additional advances of funds on your line of credit because This is an unusual circumstances that has not been there with before. I had to do a lot of advocacy with hood, and prepare an extension agreement on your behalf to submit to HUD as a solution contemplated by your loan agreement. I discuss with you the solution I was proposing and my effort on your behalf. Hud finally agreed and signed the extension agreement. However, when I met with you to review and sign the agreement, and in follow up conversations, since then, you have indicated that you are not willing to sign the agreement. As we have discussed, the reversecontract come to play the deciding of this agreement and your refusal your refusal to do so means that HUD will be justified and continuing you into refuse to make any additional advancement on your line of credit. I urge you to cooperate with signing the agreement, as you promise to do so when you sign the reverse mortgage. The extension agreement does not change anything else about the terms of the loan, other than your ability to again make drawer requests on your available credit line. The extension agreement only convert firms that the reverse mortgage on your property will continue to grow to the be more than the amount of  $175.500 original listed. I chose a new maximum amount of $450,000 as a high number to allow for continual growth of your loan balance and your additional draws on your credit line, and are to give your loan plenty of room to grow so that you don't run into this issue. Again. Signing this extension agreement does not change the balance of the loan. I sincerely believe the signing this extension agreement is your best interest and would not recommend that you sign it other wise.

As we have discussed. Your refusal to sign this extension agreement, which you promise when you sign the original reverse mortgage document will determine any future claim you might want to raise against HUD In that matter. If you make any future complaints, Hud will only respond that they provided the extension agreement as required by the contract that you refuse to sign in the breach of your promise to do so

In our last conversation, you and I discuss all of these points, but you still stated that you would not sign the extension agreement as a matter of principal. I urge you to reconsider, so that you can draw the remaining funds that would be available to you on the loan. I will keep your case open for two more weeks until October the 8th, 2021, in the hope that you might change your mind. If you have not agreed by that date to move forward with signing the agreement, then there will be nothing further for me to do on your behalf and I will be closing your file. Once your files is closed, the dark comments and information will remain on the file for a period of 7 years, after which time they will be destroyed to protect your privacy. 

I'm finishing up some research I did today. I think I made another connection so that I can summarize this better. I will be sending pictures of the evidence concerning the possibility of espionage from some other federal government agencies. In many cases I was asked to do something illegal or I would not get my disbursements. According to the definition and information I did received from several different source, it appears that if I am asked to do something illegal with revenue money, like the legal aid attorney told me if I didn't sign the contract I would not get my disbursement according to my understanding this is espionage. Unfortunately, with my bad experiences in the last 34 years with different government agencies in America I would rather bring my case before the people. I have contacted different entities from the government and it all seem to take me down the same white privilege road. It is as if they are aware that there's nothing that can be done to them because there are so many involved that they are safe and numbers come in. I am aware of the fact that there are a lot of editing that need to be done but my most pressing concerns are too make sure that there is a record of

My concerns of possibly criminal activities. Before my books go on the market I can assure you that they will be edited  properly and written in a professional matter.

My question to the legal aid attorney is why was I removed from my original contract? Why was there a contract where I borrowed money from the state of Georgia?  Why am I name a borrower when I am a buyer? I believe that anyone with brain activity will take a look at this case will see many directions toward fraud that just came from my

years of experience and my latest research.  HUD and Novad have been playing the same head and mouse game with me for over 33 years. My experience is something 

 most Americans would not believe. When I think about it, this does not include black people. Reality is, most of us have been forced too know certain things in order to survive.  l did some research concerning my relationship wéith my civil rights.

There was one very nice person that worked for HUD who was the loan specialistThere. I am thankful to her for her encouragement to me in making me aware that I was always on the right track. However, I have a contract with over 107 pages, this contract included doctors; There is not one signature from any other person on the entire contract.  mxpis a manual for employees. The name of the manual is (Charger). The main contract that I have with HUD has more than 107 pages. There is not one signature in the entire contract except me and the sellers. Doctors,  Lawyers, pharmacist and others have participated in this behavior. I am not foolish enough to make false allegations against the government of the United States unless I hate the evidence to back up my actualizations. 

In addition, I have gone to the justice department four times within 33 years. In each case the reason I went was to possibly up-grade different issues that I was having in trying to secure funds from an investment I made concerning a line of credit. There are five different options with reverse mortgage. I chose the principal line of credit. There was always funds in my account. There is evidence of this fact that is always found on each of my monthly statements.

Furthermore, there is nothing more telling than the fact that HUD's only interaction with me should have been as a server since there was no loan to me. This information is revealed in all of the monthly statements. I have statements from many different servers. It is like they change my name and took my home. My contract allowed 12 and one half percent compound interest. In my case, this is for 33 years.  This was meant to be a sweetheart deal for senior citizens. It appears for some reason that it was too sweetheart for me. As you will see from my attorney there is no dispute. The money is owed to me. According to the contract these funds are tax free.  Reverse mortgage was forced to pass laws to undo the senior citizen bill. There is also a paper trail that shows the contract provides protection against the loss for HUD is covered within the MIP insurance that's divided between the two of us. However, HUD did not stop there. They took out two insurances where I paid for making them the benefactor. In the contract that I signed HUD, there is MIP.  I have never received one red dime. There is a paper trail to support this. The people are thanking me for other payments I made on the insurance. These insurances are without my signature. I am supposed to share half ithe MIP insurance that's available to protect HUD from any losses. All one has to do see the monthly statements and fraud is jumping all over the place.  Each of these ex -servers have a balance stating that I owe.

The troubling problem is that all of these different government entities seem to be right on code with working together. Who would ever think that a lawyer, doctors and others would have participate in something that should cost them as much as the possibility of lost license. I am certainly aware of the zip code laws in America. They're there for one reason, to keep white privilege in place. When you follow the paper trail that I have experienced, HUD Will walk you directly to the door of the violation of my civil rights.

 I saw the possibilities of reverse mortgage being a "cash-cow."   I bought a home and paid cash for it. This makes me a Buyer.  HUD signed me up as a Borrower. This contract was signed in 1993 with only three signatures, the two sellers, and me. My realtor sign me up as a purchaser. My first contact with HUD I explained to them that I had posting on the internet as far back as American online. I also told them that I did not want to get involved in politics. 

I am now thinking that this was the beginning of my problems. The reason was that I did not like interacting with people who became angry because I have a different point of view.  the first time I tried to try get help from them to enforce disbursements to me from line of credit to para-phrase what I was told on my first visit was that there are too many cases to handle individuals.  Furthermore, because I had only talked to HUD four times in the last 33 years, I only wanted to update them for my new qualifications. To my surprise, before I could explain my reason for calling, the lady hung up on me. I wanted to tell  her that since I was told the first time I called that I had to have more myself involved, that now there are many of my followers on Facebook, the continent of Africa, and in the diaspora who are like-minded and who are followers. HUD will continue to pretend that I did not answer when they called me. The same old game has been going on for years between HUD and I. However, I now have a paper trail with a fax and the date that they were sent with evidence of me  contacting them. Please pay close attention to my monthly statements from many other companies. This is when everything is exposed. I  now know that this is blatant racism. We are  aware that there is zip code racism. None of us can say that America is not racist if we tell the truth. It is hard to believe that I have been blogging all these years on Facebook and I have not gotten one penny from the money that's made with advertisement. Their response seems to have been  an obsession with taking pictures supposedly in The bedroom for these children slept. I graduated and retired in the field of psychology. I have been a director of a home with children and autism. I have also been an outspoken activist against white privilege. I am thankful that Face book brought it to my attention I will posting with a man sitting in a chair. This remain on my website for years. I never understood the message. I am a 91-year-old black woman. I fully understand the danger of speaking out against racism. I love life. However, there are some things that tear into the core of your soul. When I think about how America has stood by and watch children be mistreated it boils me over. There is no way that I would allow anyone to mistreat children's in my presence if there was anything I could do about it. I have never understood how women who supposedly have maternal instinct can remain silent when they know children are being harmed. This one I took a another look at the Becky's and Karen's in this country. I now realize that there are some who are major players and racism. Consequently, I went from The defense of these women because they have a right to love or be with whomever they want, to a whole different attitude now. And I am well aware that they all are not the same. I am speaking to the Karens and the Beckys.

I am also thinking about what's going on in Texas removing black history out of the schools. Who would do this to children? Anyone would realize that this would do a lot of emotional harm to black children. The message to black children is simple, you're not as good as white children. Empathy is a very important component to sanity. Where is the empathy from these people? I hope I never catch a black person mistreating any child and there are some that would. As I said in the past, it is time to stop playing the skin game.

Please believe that the racist bomb that has been used against the world of people. It's about to be deflated. The only weapon that is needed is truth.  I have said many times that racism is right under our nose. Have you ever heard of a book called the delectable negro? Have you ever heard of a book called negro soup? Have you heard of the Mary Turner incident? Have you heard of the Sam Hose incident. All of this information is written by White Arthur's. It turns out to work more like a confession of truth. And I have said before. I am so grateful for the technology from Phillip EmeghalIi. I am thankful for Philip Scott of Houston, Texas who has a podcast. I have learned so much from them. I would like for Anakana Chihombri Quao, and five more people to join a team and work together to end this white privilege cruelty. The greatest part of the whole solution is that it is before the world to understand l just how the 400 years of killing, slaughtering, and  brutalizing was practice against the world. My hope is that others will share their knowledge also. My goal is to leave profit from every book that I have written to the continent of Africa where we can together work out some way to make this an enterprise that produce a salary for a needy African on the continent. Perhaps we may open our hearts to share with others who are poor. One thing that Philip Scott and I certainly agree with, It is time for us to start thinking about helping ourselves. However, I am African with a special place in my heart for Cuba and Haiti. 

 History of our people is to give and share with kindness and I think that's a good thing. One thing for sure is that I won't gracious living as long as I walk the face of the earth, but at my death everything that I becomes property of continental of Africa. I would like a research team that sur-pass the FB. Africa must never again lose their identity to liars. We must protect ourselves from being so vulnerable for others. I have faith in the technology form for young brains from Africa and that's what I want to invest in. I am posting this website with all errors.and with all the need of editing, because I am anxious to have it published. I don't want anything that I have worked for to go to the evil forces of capitalism. I have all the sources from investments that I don't care to mention at this time. My main point is whatever I leave at the time of my death goes to the continent of Africa with stipulations that my sons are involved in all board meetings and discussions that they choose. I am writing a proposal for the benefit of the continent to decide whatever they may choose. I want my debt that the American owes me to become the property of the people on the continent of Africa. Until that time, and as long as I live, I will have the last word in all decisions I want to live graciously as I wish with all matters related to me.

Gracious living to me may be as simple as fishing holes and ponds. One of my son's is in music. He and I both have the same feeling about our work's going to charity. Consequently, it is up to him to decide what he wants to do with his music. In my case, I may decide to continue writing  books. My goal is to have freedom to do whatever I choose while I'm alive. There is much that need to be discussed. Please pay close attention to the front that the government is admitting that they are indebted to me for stealing a home that I bought and paid cash for. Why was I removed from the contract that I sign in 1993.ongoing conversation from me. Can HUD producer a contract that I sign when they bought my home? Use everything that you can to make sure that these wishes are carried out. I am no attorney but I have her that if I leave those that I don't want to contest the will $1 that this may make a will binding. If this is true I'll leave everyone except my son $1. Upon his death he has agreed on the same stipulation as I have. I repeat, please pay close attention to the legal age attorneys letter admitting that I am owed money from the government and also the book has information of confessions from Racists Americans. Everything is right under our nose. This truth is written by the criminals themselves.I want all of this to go into the archives on the continent of Africa. I am thinking that there should be no cracks left open for another 400 hundred years of white privilege terror. When we grew up as children we were taught that Daniel Boone was a hero to us all. It turns out that he and David Crockett both were blatant racists. One thing I have learned from a white privilege, they have control the world by omitting anything wrong that they have ever done. They had total control of all information and they used it to indoctrinate.

I believe their arrogance has created a sense of entitlement that they forgot one very important thing. Reality: reality is that the continent of Africa is a wealthiest part of the world. It has more people than any other place unlike what we were led to believe. All one has to do is think and you will remember that every commercial and to see up to 99% there is a white person at the end collecting the earnings from the advertisement. This has happened to me with Facebook. I have 33 years I posting with them and many followers. I have never received one red dime from the money that they made through advertisement.

In the past 3 months I have been watching the making of America. I have seen many situations about the level of cruelty that the racist in this country are capable of. We can go from branding; hanging; cannibalism; rape; sodomy! and much more. I started with the occurrence at Donna's Path, The Alamo, California Gold Rush and city riots. I am thinking that these kinds of cruelties should never enter the space of mankind. I would like a world in place when I die like it once was on the continent of Africa. There was no need for jails, bombs, bullets, or bibles. I would love the world's greatest research center that would out perform the American's FBI. I am thinking that nothing can ever be resolved unless every word of truth is told. I am thinking that the name of the enemy of all people is white privilege. How can there ever be equality among human beings as long as this cruelty is in place? I am thinking that there has always been a war against people with black skin. Therefore, I am asking is it time for us all to join together in a civil rights movement against white privilege? If we manage to live with over 400 years of cruelty isn't it time to try kindness? When I am judging people, I often look at their performance from the past. Both kindness and evil leaves a trail. Please follow my paper trail for the last 33 years. I have been very consistent with my desire to stop human suffering. I am aware there are many mistakes in these pages. But my goal is to leave a record on the internet for those who are interested to sort out. This is more important to me because I am still in the process of learning how to write professionally. Also I don't want anymore death behind the cruelty of white privilege and the preservation of capitalism for the wealthy. Please feel free to correct my mistakes as long as you get a gist of my message. A record is more important to me. 

Research all of my past posts. Anything that I have written is somewhere on the internet. Please compile this to make sure that no more African children leave the continent in order to find a better life in America. I never want to see another black person in America and sitting in jail without the same attention that white people get when something happened to them. Every city where there is a murder of a black person. I am proposing that this city will pay tax of reparation for every product that comes from the continent of Africa. I am thinking that this will entail two different taxes. One for a reparation and the other one for criminal activities. There are many details that we will work out later but as for now folks I'm going to post. I will be adding and editing in the future. I certainly need help from others.  I am hoping this will supply Africa with enough funds to help poor people. I am hoping for board members. That should never be any one person with enough power to do harm against the main goal.
